To Ordering
- Simply find the invitation Suite you love and an email to Kristin@couturepapers.com to place your order or to receive more information. At that time we will review your order and answer all of your questions. If you are ready to place an order, we will fill out an order form over the phone or via email and send you a custom estimate.
- Once you receive your estimate simply review the details,
sign and mail back with payment in full ( checks only).
- Once your payment is received you will receive a comp in 5 - 10 business days of your invitation to review and approve prior to printing. Changes and Adjustments may take up to 5 additional business days.
- Client is responsible for all proofreading and spelling / text errors.
- One round of edits, changes is permitted and any other modifications
will be billed at $50 each.
- Once the final design is approved via email, the suite will ship in 6 – 8 weeks.

Variations in the ink colors, impression and position are to be expected.
CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Once your order is place no refunds will be available. Due to the nature of our business no returns will be accepted. It is your responsibility to proofread your final comp; we are not liable for any spelling and or wording errors. If your order differs in any way from the approved comp we will correct the mistake at no additional cost. We strongly urge you to order at least 15% over your needs to ensure you have enough invitations, reprints are extremely exp.ensive.
